An exciting spacious four bedroom beach side house bursting with character and set in the heart of Cawsands.  It has a great terrace garden to catch the sun, a convenient laundry room, plus it's super feature of having breath-taking sea and beach views from all of the front facing windows, with the beach itself being only 1 minutes walk away. The house is close to restaurants, tea rooms, traditional Cornish pubs and shops. Set in a stunning 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', it will be hard to drag yourself away from enjoying this interesting house and its envious position.  

Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children, due to the 4th bedroom being bunk beds.
