Fuel and power inc. in rent, wood for stove on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two cots, a third cot is available by prior request, two highchairs. Off-road parking for 10 cars. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture, two hot tubs, barbecue, and a tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.9 miles. Note: Please be considerate of neighbouring properties, the hot tubs are only available until 9pm in the evening and we would kindly request you are mindful of the noise after this time. Note: Groups under the age of 25 will only be allowed with prior approval from the owner, please contact Sykes before you book. Note: The owner has two additional pull-out singles which can be used in one of the second-floor bedrooms
