Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: This is a multi-level property with a steep incline to access the house from the off-road parking, please take care. Note: The garden area is not enclosed and leads to Lake Windermere, pets and children should be supervised at all times. Note: The property televisions have on demand and streaming services only, there are no terrestrial TV channels. Note: If you want to do any watersports you will need to provide your own sporting equipment. Note: No hen, stag or similar parties
