Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. One well behaved dog accepted. Note: Charcoal BBQ available.  Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property is best for a maximum of 12 adults, small children should be supervised. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar.
