## About Stafford House

Situated in an elevated position taking advantage of far reaching views over Bideford Bay, the Bristol Channel and towards Lundy, this property is a short walk from the delightful village of Westward Ho! which has two miles of golden sandy beach plus a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and a championship golf course. Nearby Appledore is a traditional fishing village steeped in nautical history with a Maritime Museum, bustling quayside, shops, pubs and restaurants. Further afield, attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Watermouth Castle, or you could make a crossing on the MS Oldenburg and enjoy a day trip to Lundy.

After arriving at this impressive accommodation via its own gated driveway, you will find yourself in the first of two lounges. Complete with wood burner effect electric fire, TV/DVD, this spacious and welcoming lounge provides comfort and extensive sea views. Moving further into the property you will find the more cosy and traditional second lounge, with wood burner, TV, exposed beams and sea views. The elegant and stylish kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need including gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is ideal whether you’re sitting down to a big meal or grabbing a quick snack. The utility room provides useful additional storage space. Exploring the house further you will find a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, and a hot tub, along with shower room, complete with WC. There is also a spacious king sized bedroom on the ground floor, with en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a small separate WC on this floor. Heading upstairs, you will find four more bedrooms. There is the master bedroom with super-king size bed, its own lounge area, balcony with sea views and en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, shower and WC. You will find another spacious king with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, a twin bedroom and a further twin boasting sea views. You will also find a bathroom on the first floor, with bath, shower and WC. Finally, on the second floor, you will find a twin bedroom with snug area, TV, Wii console and a pool table. All bedrooms have TVs included.

Heading outside, you will find an attractive enclosed garden with seating, from which you can enjoy stunning sunsets and views over the coastline to Lundy. There is plenty of off-road parking available.
