## About No.8 The Vista, Willingcott

Willingcott is a brand-new luxury development which is still under construction. The forecasted completion date for the site is May 2024. Therefore, please be aware that building works before this time will be visible from the homes within the Vista and that construction machinery and vehicles will be present. Hours of work usually take place between 7:30am and 4:30pm on weekdays. There is no weekend work.

Set within 100 acres of lush Devonshire landscape yet within just 2 miles of Woolacombe Beach, the beautifully styled and equipped No. 8 The Vista is the perfect base from which to relish all that the incredible North Devon coastline has to offer. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings to suit all groups of guests so whether you’re a large family or four couples, the house can be tailored to your individual needs.

In the heart of the countryside, Willingcott has extensive shared grounds as well as plenty of opportunity for outdoor excursions like walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach. Woolacombe's beach which has been awarded 'World Class Surfing Reserve' is within a few minute's drive so for those who love surfing, sunbathing and sandcastle building, it's an excellent spot for family days out. Well-known for its other beaches too, the area boasts several sheltered bays including Barricane and Lee Bay, as well as the lovely Putsborough and Saunton Sands.
