Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Initial supply of fuel for stove then additional purchased through owner. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 12 cars. Grassed area extending to half an acre with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 2.4 miles.
