Oil central heating with underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, 2 x ovens, built in microwave, induction hob, washing machine, Smart TV in living room and kitchen, books and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair provided by prior arrangement. Secure off-road parking for six cars with unlimited adjacent parking. Garden area with seating, BBQ and Jacuzzi Spa in courtyard area. Access to parkland. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 2.1 miles, shop within 2.7 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on leads with in parkland. Note: Helicopter arrivals can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Note: All ground floor accommodation, wide doorways and wheelchair-friendly courtyard surfaces and interior flooring throughout; the owner is happy to assist with any accessibility or mobility questions prior to booking and a ramp can easily be provided for complete access to the southern wing if required. Owner lives on site, will meet and greet on arrival, and is on call for the duration of your stay. Sykes Lodge is located in a quiet residential community of former farm buildings, please show all due consideration and respect for the owner and the neighbours during your stay
