Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent.   Fixed cot, extra travel cots, highchairs and stairgates available on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden, fenced garden pond, garden furniture, climbing frame, swings.  Sorry no smoking.

Note: This property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of £500 prior to booking.

NOTE: The second floor has low beams in both bedrooms and the hallway, please take extra care.

Note: One well behaved dog welcome.

Note: The garden is fenced but not fully enclosed. Please keep an eye on children and pets due to pond and the grounds not being completely contained.

Note: Children should be supervised when using climbing frame and swings.

Note: BBQ available from end of March to the end of October, unless otherwise requested.
