Electric conventional oven, microwave with combi oven, warming draw,  Induction Hob, integrated coffee machine, American fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, laundry room,  LED digital televisions ( 4 of the bedrooms have a smart tv, Smart TV in kitchen and living room),  super fast internet access.  Fuel and power inc. in rent.  Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.  Cot and highchair available.  Ample off road private parking with electric gates.  Enclosed lawned garden with patio area, furniture and a selection of garden games. Roof Terrace.  Hot tub.  Two well-behaved pets welcome.  Sorry, no smoking.  Shop 350yards and pub 1 mile.  Note: This property requires a Good House Keeping Bond of £1000 prior to booking. Note: There is no BBQ at the property however there is a bespoke BBQ table that facilitates disposable BBQ's.  Note: There is an extra pet charge of £50 per stay per pet.  Note: Children should be supervised when outside in the garden due to unfenced pond.  Note: There is a maximum of 16 guests allowed at this property. Infants not included in this number an there are 2 cots available.
