Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent, sauna charged via coin meter. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 5 cars. Private patio and lawned garden with furniture and BBQ leading to shared lawned garden opening on to accessible field. Sole use of hot tub and outdoor swimming pool. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are outdoor steps and a stream in the grounds and care should be taken. Note: The drive at the property is only large enough to accommodate family-sized cars, up to people carriers. Note: There may be some road noise. Note: The swimming pool will only be heated from Jun-Aug inclusive. Note: The first floor bedrooms have some limited headroom, care to be taken. Note: If the booking is a hen/stag party or similar please make the owner aware prior to arrival.
