Electric oven and hob,microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine in Ostler's Cottage. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Additional logs can be purchased from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cot and 2 x highchair available on request. Lockable bike storage. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with furniture, table tennis table, hot tub with Bluetooth speakers . Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The approach to the property passes through pastureland used by a local dairy farm and you may occasionally be required to wait while the cows are moved. Note: The property has level access inside and out with one small step into Ostler's Cottage for which a ramp is available. Please contact the owners if you have any specific requirements for accessibility. Note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or similar parties. Please Note - Due to Government legislation the price of this property has been reduced up until the 26th March 2021 to accommodate smaller groups in line with the Rule of 6 regulations, as such, only the beds required will be available to guests.
