## About East Chenies

Located in Middleton on Sea, a pretty Sussex village on the coast that offers plenty of relaxation and family entertainment, with a good array of independent shops restaurants, cafes and pubs. The property is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the South Downs, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding, and just a short drive from the Goodwood estate which hosts numerous motor sports, horse racing, golf and shooting events throughout the year. Nearby is the historical city of Chichester, which is home to the cathedral, Arundel Castle and Petworth House, home to one of the finest National Trust art collections.

Step into the spacious hallway, which guides you through to the light and airy contemporary kitchen. This is well-equipped with two electric ovens, microwave and steamer, gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and extra vegetable fridge. A large breakfast bar, a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen leads into the lounge/diner which is the perfect space to entertain. The dining table seats 8 easily and is ideal for family meals. Afterwards, relax in front of the gas fire on one of the comfy sofas. Teenagers can keep themselves amused in the separate TV room, which offers three sofas, Sky Glass is provided so you can use your own apps such as Netflix, Amazon or Disney+ etc, There is also Nintendo/PS2 provide for those rainy days.  In the boot room with plenty of space for coats and shoes, a desk/computer and a selection of sport equipment to enjoy during your stay. Off the hall, there is also a downstairs separate WC. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are four bedrooms. The sumptuous master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate shower and WC, and your own balcony with seating and cushions from which to admire the wonderful sea views. There are three other bedrooms, including a double, a twin and a twin triple bunk with additional pull out beds. Also, on the first floor there is a family bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, relax on the decking with outdoor dining table for 8 and sofa seating area to enjoy the outdoor life. There are awnings to cover the seating area outside the kitchen and lounge area extending the outside space. Enjoy a dip in the heated swimming pool (available 1st May - 1st September), relax in the hot tub (all year round), relax on the poolside loungers/chairs, with use of the pool changing huts and outdoor shower. For those wishing to exercise there is a new outdoor gym with cross trainer and rowing machine plus a floor area for yoga/stretching etc. Venture out onto the beach via your own personal access through a gate at the end of the garden and walk for miles either way at low tide. Enjoy the huge garden with Croquet/5-a-side football. Finish off the day with a family BBQ and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine relaxing at the patio table and chairs. There is private parking for up to four cars. Electric car charger available (free of charge).
