Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with seating areas.

Sorry, no smoking. Sorry no pets. Shops and pub 3 miles. A function room is available on request at a cost with the owner, information on application.  Note: Catering service available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. Note: The owner has an office attached the property which is used between the hours of 10am and 4pm weekdays. There is also a housekeeper on site between these hours.
