Electric range cooker with oven and hob, 2 x electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, 1 x american style fridge/freezer, washing machine and 2 x dishwasher. 9 x Smart TV, cinema screen and WiFi. 40 x 20 Indoor heated swimming pool ( exclusive slots to be booked with the owner.  Shared with Old Rectory Cottages 903548) Pool will not be availabe for bookings from the 7th-21st July  11th, 18th & 25th August 2023 x 7 nights and 27th October 2023 x 7 nights Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 10 cars. Rolling garden with hot tub, patio and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles and pub 3.2 miles. Note: Steps throughout property, please take care.  Electric Car Charging is not permitted at the property
