Llwydiarth is a modern family home set in the beautiful village of Beulah near Aberporth, Ceredigion. The house boasts stunning views across open countryside to the Preseli Mountains. The property is ideally situated just 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Aberporth, Tresaith and Penbryn. Aberporth has 2 beautiful sandy beaches and is a busy seaside village. There's a pub, cafes, a chip shop, Chinese takeaway, Indian Restaurant, chemist and general stores. Here you can also pick up the Ceredigion Coastal path to explore the unspoilt beauty of the Ceredigion coast. Penbryn is a glorious sandy beach and views across Cardigan Bay, a lovely day out for the whole family. You can also watch the sunset at Tresaith sitting outside the local pub. It is a sight to behold, set in a small sheltered sandy bay named after the River Saith, which cascades as a waterfall over the cliffs to the beach. The beach is very popular with families during the summer offering safe swimming and rock pools. The market town of Newcastle Emlyn is just 4 miles away. Set on the longest river in Wales, it has independent stores, restaurants, and a castle. Cardigan and Newquay are within easy reach with boat trips and dolphins and lovely coves and beaches in between to explore. It’s a perfect setting for walkers and nature enthusiasts to enjoy.
