This gorgeous house was originally built in the 1950’s and has been lovingly extended and modernised by the owner, the result is a fantastic mix of character elegance, modern luxury and a joyful sense of fun.  Set along a pretty tree lined road in the prestigious Branksome Park, 21 W is just a 5 minute drive to the beach and is a prime location for exploring our magnificent coastline with charming seaside towns and miles of sandy beaches. The owner grew up here as a child and has many wonderful memories of playing in the garden, long summer holidays on the beach, and large family gatherings at Christmas time. She decided to update and extend her childhood home and we love the additions of the loft conversion, open plan kitchen and dining area with the glass wall, and the self contained annex in the rear garden, providing additional accommodation for two in a lovely private space. The attention to detail in the presentation and the finishing touches make 21 W stand out from the crowd, from the plentiful ensuite shower rooms and the jacuzzi spa tub to the games area, log burner and  summer house, a holiday home for all seasons and all ages to enjoy and take home some treasured memories of their own. The ground floorLeading from the character hallway with the original solid door and floor tiles, the ground floor boasts the bright and spacious kitchen and dining space with its impressive glass elevation which frames the garden beautifully and drenches the house with light. The bespoke kitchen is wonderly finished and incorporates the island for breakfast seating. The dining area can comfortably accommodate up to sixteen guests and the patio area is also spacious enough for a large party to eat together outside.The games area has a pool table, darts board, L shaped sofa with TV and games console, perfect at home entertainment for the kids.There is also a separate lounge so your guests can relax in a quieter spot of the house, a well appointed utility room and a shower room which is perfect after a trip to the beach. The first floorOver looking the front of the house are two beautiful, superking bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and a versatile bunk room which has a double bed with single over and an additional single trundle bed.To the rear and providing maximum versatility for your party, are two super king zip and link bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom. The second floor  Is home to a tranquil king sized bedroom, ensuite shower room and a lovely view over the garden  The Annex21 W boasts a self contained annex in the rear garden which has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen area with sink and fridge freezer and a cosy lounge diner with a picture window overlooking the garden.

The property boasts a unique location amongst the gorgeous oak and pine trees, from the balcony you can gaze over the tree-top canopy to view the glistening water of Poole harbour beyond. The open-plan living space is bright and provides guests with ample space to unwind and host if they wish. Each bedroom offers a calming, sanctuary-like space for guests to enjoy - with the master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite bathroom also. During the gardens opening times, immerse yourself in the captivating gardens of Compton Acres. Take a stroll around the Italian Garden, idyllic courtyards and Japanese Garden or enjoy a bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the lovely restaurant.  On a warm summer's evening, guests can sit in the beautiful Italian Villa courtyard, sipping an Aperol Spritz and enjoying the wonderful Mediterranean aromas from the woodfired oven, you could easily imagine that you are in Italy itself! The garden provides private outdoor space and enjoys sunshine throughout the whole day. With lawns and shingle to the front and the back of the house, it is ideal for children to play and dogs to explore. The patio is spacious and has been designed with split levels to maximise the sun and has dining furniture, a BBQ, and a six-seater hot hub. The perfect spot to unwind after a busy day on the beach and enjoy the evening sunshine. The house also has a separate utility room with both a washer and tumble dryer, an ideal space for storing beach toys and wetsuits. The four bedrooms are all beautifully presented and decorated in calming, pastel colours and furnished to a high standard with comfortable beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is also a separate family bathroom. Seas The Day is the perfect holiday home for a family wanting space and modern comfort in a great location on one of the most prestigious roads in Canford Cliffs and less than a 10 minute walk from the miles of beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches via Footpath No. 80 which is adjacent to the vast and unspoiled wooded Chine. Seas The Day is also a level walk to Canford Cliffs village, offering a wide range of day to day amenities, as well as hair and beauty salons, artisan bakeries, and coffee shops. There are also two lovely gastro pubs just a few moments away, The Cliff and The Canford both have attractive gardens and serve delicious home cooked food.  NB* 'Seas the Day' is located in a residential area in close proximity to neighbours. We, therefore, ask that the hot tub is not used after 10.30 pm, and that guests do not stay outside on the patio after 11 pm. Please consider this before placing your booking. Private Hot Tub.
