Only a ten minute walk down the hill to the lovely sandy beach and the River Gannel Estuary, this spacious and comfortable, double glazed detached family house is on the outskirts of Crantock village. Set to one side of the road that leads down to the village square and beach car park, the property is entered through a gated driveway where there is space for three cars.

The village has a church, small shops, tea gardens and two pubs which offer food, all within a five minute walk and the lovely wide sandy beach backed by dunes is a further five minute walk. 

The holiday resort of Newquay, 3 miles by road, has a good selection of shops, a rail and coach station and many attractions including the Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. There are also lovely coastal walks in the immediate area.  The NT Trerice Manor and the seaside town of Perranporth are a 15 minute drive respectively and the cathedral city of Truro is within half an hour by car.
