The cottage is set over two floors and though newly refurbished, still maintains its original features. These, together with its contemporary décor, elegant furnishings and creature comforts, make for an extremely comfortable base whether to socialise and entertain with friends, or for relaxing and unwinding after days spent exploring the coast with family. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, offer ample room for six guests. Both double bedrooms have TV’s with Freeview, and one is en-suite with its own gorgeous shower room. On the ground floor, the open plan living / dining room opens out to a private courtyard garden with outdoor dining set, so on warm days you’ll be able rustle up lunch before flinging open the doors to enjoy dining in the fresh air.

Newlyn’s food scene is thriving and three of its best eateries including the Tolcarne Inn, Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar and Argoe are a short stroll away. Nearby are the towns of Penzance, Mousehole and Marazion; all within easy reach by car or a scenic walk along the coast path.
