Tucked away on a residential street on the outskirts of the quintessential Cornish fishing village Polperro, this three bedroom (sleeping 8) semi-detached house, is a 15-20 minute stroll down to the harbour and tidal beach and within 5 minutes walking distance down a country lane to the local Crumplehorn pub/restaurant. Local taxi firms are also happy to drop you into the village centre for a small fee, if preferred!

Hillsview has a large sunny rear decked terrace with table and chairs and charming rural hillside views. The house provides an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer.  This property has the bonus off - road parking space for two average size cars.

The South West Coastal path runs through Polperro and gives access to the miles of dramatic coastline with its many secluded coves and stunning views. 

Near-by Looe offers the attractions of a more traditional seaside town and further afield the famous Eden Project and the National Aquarium in Plymouth all well worth a visit.
