There is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, dining room with open gas fire and dining seating, three sitting rooms, two with open coal fires, a snug, a library with open coal fire, orangery, bar with open gas fire, games room with table tennis. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of two super-king-size with zip/link and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. The first floor consists of a queen-size, two super-king-size with zip/links, two doubles, a twin and a family room with a double and two singles, all with en-suite bathrooms. Outside, there are ample grounds with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Up to six well-behaved pets are welcome however, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Valley View House is a wonderful choice for exploring Cumbria.

Note: Please take care bringing your dogs in after muddy walks, as there are no dog-washing areas downstairs. Note: The 2 x ground floor super-king-size rooms do not have windows. Note: the upstairs bedrooms are accessed via a single step . Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Note: The property features an original staircase with wrought iron bannisters; supervision is required if young children in the party.
