Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Steps inside the cottage and also outside in the garden. Note: Busy road outside, minimal traffic noise may be heard. Check in at Eden Mill is from 4pm. Check out time is 9am and it is imperative that this is adhered to, due to the turn around for next guests - if this is not adhered to then we reserve the right to charge the £400 Good-housekeeping Bond. From 27/1/2022 some of the utility needs of the property are met by a provider who sources their energies from renewable sources and is carbon neutral, this process will be completed by around the middle of 2022. All waste is already collected, then checked and separated by our waste disposal provider and the highest degree of recycling is thus assured. Charging of electric cars is not permitted at this property, if electric charging is detected a charge of £100 will be deducted from the bond
