Positioned just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and offering incredible sea views as well as plenty of room for thirteen guests.

Set over three floors, with space galore both inside and out, you’ll be able to unwind, socialise and entertain to your heart’s content. There are two open plan living / cooking / dining areas as well as three terraces for you to choose from. The top floor wraparound balcony is where you’ll have far reaching views over the town and bay to enjoy while you fire up the barbecue and settle into the laid-back Devon lifestyle.

All seven the home’s bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and TV’s, so you’ll be able to retreat to your own lair for a bit of downtime when needed. The house has laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchens and entertainment features like games consoles, Xbox 360’s, music systems and of course Smart TV’s with Freeview in the living rooms too.

If you fancy eating out during your stay instead, you’ll have many terrific restaurants to choose from, all within easy reach of the property. Grab your freshly brewed coffees and delicious breakfasts from nearby restaurants such as Port Espresso and Curious Kitchen or indulge in a fabulous seafood supper at Simply Fish, Albero’s, Rock Fish or Beamers (to name but a few).

Perfectly positioned on the coast, the surrounding area has fantastic sea view walks including those around Berry Head and Churston Woods. There are also hidden beaches to discover like Fishcombe and Churston Cove which are both less than 25 minutes’ walk away. For something even closer to home, Breakwater Beach is a 15-minute walk along the seafront past the harbour and Marina.
