The house is located just 3 minutes’ walk from popular Island Street which is home to numerous shops, art galleries, Salcombe Dairy Ice Cream and The Island Street Bar and Grill which serves up good food and a great atmosphere. A further couple minutes’ walk will take you into the centre of Salcombe where you can access the passenger ferry to the beach or explore the shops and art galleries.
