Willingcott is a brand-new luxury development which is still under construction. The forecasted completion date for the site is May 2024. Therefore, please be aware that building works before this time will be visible from the homes within the Vista and that construction machinery and vehicles will be present. Hours of work usually take place between 7:30am and 4:30pm on weekdays. There is no weekend work.

The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach. Woolacombe's beach which has been awarded 'World Class Surfing Reserve' is within a few minute's drive so for those who love surfing, sunbathing and sandcastle building, it's an excellent spot for family days out. Well-known for its other beaches too, the area boasts several sheltered bays including Barricane and Lee Bay, as well as the lovely Putsborough and Saunton Sands.
