The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner, a utility, two dining rooms with open fires, a sitting room with open fire, and an orangery with woodburning stove. Appliances include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, and there is a TV and a selection of books for entertainment. There are six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, serviced by a cloakroom. Outside there is 22-acres of land with patio and seating, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a tennis court, and a private driveway. One well behaved dog welcome. Housekeeper/Laundress included 2 days per week-Monday and Friday, 8am-4pm. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
