Note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, please ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times. Note: The second bathroom has low head height, please take care. Note: One of the bedrooms can be accessed via the mezzanine snug. Note: On the second floor bedroom 10 is accessed via bedroom 9. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: No amplified music due to rural location
