Private grounds with lawn, tennis court (and from from march 2022) a playground area . One well behaved pet welcome for all bookings. No smoking allowed. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. Note: There is a lake next to the property, please supervise children at all times ( could be dry ,weather dependant ). Note: This property comprises 3/4 of the building, 1/4 is occupied by the owners (There are no interconnecting doors). Note: Internet signal can be intermittent in some rooms. Note: A Hot tub can be rented during your stay at Moortown House, please contact the owner within a month of arrival date for this to be there for your stay, additional charges to be discussed with owner. Please note: A single pet will be allowed at property from 2022, Dog is to be kept downstairs and not on any furniture or beds.
